It’s too much. And we are here.

Friends,

My heart is heavy. Like so many of you, I’ve been sitting with the pain of all the stories of gun violence this weekend (specifically at 1 am last night), stories that hit too close to home, that break us open in ways we don’t always have words for.

We mourn with the families whose lives were shattered. We grieve the senseless loss. We ache for a world where this keeps happening, over and over again.

And yet… even in the heartbreak, I keep coming back to this truth: we need each other.

We need hugs. We need a hand reaching out across the table. We need laughter over coffee, even when the world feels like it keeps unraveling.

At Table, we see that need every single day. And you are welcome with us.

This is community. This is belonging. This is what we do together.

In a world that can feel so broken, you help build a place where people are seen, fed, and loved. You helped build a place where I am seen, fed, and loved. Thank you for being part of this with us.

I’ll say it again, we need each other.

Sending so much love this week and always,

Maggie
