1. Development Director
Overview: The Development Director will own the strategy and execution of our fundraising efforts while working collaboratively with our Executive Director (Maggie Kane) and Director of Partnerships & Community Engagement (Emily Weidman). You’ll hold direct responsibility for a defined donor portfolio ($250K–$300K), while contributing to the full $1.57M annual fundraising engine through strategy, systems-building, stewardship, leadership, and executive support.
